Refund Policy – IH8 Oversized Streetwear

Thank you for supporting IH8, an independent Miami-based streetwear brand with a mission to replace hate with honest emotional expression.
We want you to love your oversized tee as much as we loved creating it.

Below you’ll find our full refund and return guidelines designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • All tags (if included) must still be attached

  • Item must be free of odors, deodorant marks, stains, or wear

We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may exchange your item within 30 days, as long as it is unworn and in original condition.

If the new size is out of stock, you can choose:

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit toward another design

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our customers and maintain quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or special-edition items

  • Gift cards

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation email, or order number is required for all returns or exchanges.

Refund Processing Time

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

  • There was an error on our part

If the return is due to our mistake, IH8 will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
